I LED PRAISES AND WORSHIP IN THE CELLS – SHATTA WALE.

Shatta Wale has always courted controversies for himself as “Ghana’ Bad Boy” in the media.

During a recent Peace FM’s Entertainment Show, which had him as the interviewee together with other guests such as Socrates Sarfo, Bra Charles and others, the host sought to ask the most humbling experience he had ever encountered.
He instantly gave an answer that, he experienced that when he was arrested together with Stonebwoy after this year’s VGMA in the month of May.

We can all recall that the never-ending scuffle between dancehall artistes Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy was ushered into this years’ Vodafone Ghana Music Awards after Stonebwoy allegedly pulled a gun on Shatta on stage while receiving the Reggae/Dancehall Artiste of the Year Award.

After this incidence, they were arrested and kept in separate cells. It was during this period that Shatta Wale admitted to the host that he was so humbled that he called his cell mates at dawn to lead them in worshipping God.
