I voted for EL to win rapper of the year – Mark Okraku Mantey

Programmes Manager for Hitz FM, Mark Okraku Mantey has revealed who he voted for at the just ended 2015 Vodafone Ghana Music Awards (VGMA).

The outspoken CEO of Slip Music made the revelation while speaking on the Awards which saw reggae and dancehall artiste Stonebwoy crowned Artiste of the Year last Saturday night.

According to Mark, who is also a board member of the Awards, he voted for rapper EL, who is known in real life as Elom Adablah, to win the Best Rapper category.

“I voted for EL,” he said during the ‘Work & Happiness’ show on Adom FM.

The artiste beat off stiff competition from Sarkodie, Guru and Edem to win the coveted title
