I Will Force Parliament To Make Rent 6 Months & Not 2 Years – John Dumelo Opines

Actor, renowned TV/radio personality and parliamentary candidate for Ayawaso West Wuogon (AWW) on the National Democratic Congress (NDC) ticket, John Dumelo has promised to fight for the youth to pay only up to 6 months of rent when he gets to parliament and not 2 years advance payment.

John Dumelo tweeted;

“One of the first things I will do when I get to parliament is to push for the enforcement of the rent control act.

We need to pay at most 6 months rent advance.

How can we(youth especially) survive in an economy where we have to pay 2 years rent upfront?

Not right. We dey bleed.“
