ICGC & Crossroads Community Church Ministries Slapped With Hefty Fines

ICGC and Crossroad church to pay 20,000 over noise making.

The Accra High Court has placed a fine on these two churches ; International Central Gospel Church and Crossroads Community Church Ministries at Haatso area in the Greater Accra Region over excessive noise making.

According to the Municipal Chief Executive of the Abokobi area in Accra, these churches have been ordered by the court to pay damages of Gh¢ 20,000 to claimants — Mrs Patricia Bannerman and Dr Elizabeth Masopeh.

Her Ladyship Justice Norvisi Akua was the judge who presided over the case of these churches’ guilt of excessive noise making amid the use of electronic musical instrument, loitering of waste and parking of their cars on the properties of the complaints.

With this being the reason why the claimant dragged these churches to court .

These churches are yet to officially engage the media on this landslide victory awarded against their ministries.
