If you can’t use old register for 2020 elections then resign – Bright Simons attacks EC Director
Technologist and Vice President of policy think tank Imani Ghana, Bright Simons who is a renowned social innovator, entrepreneur, writer and vice-president (in charge of research) has opined that the Director of Elections at Ghana’s Electoral Commission ( EC), Dr. Serebuor Quaicoe, should resign if he can’t run the 2020 general elections with the existing voter register. He further added that there are many experienced persons who are willing to take up his job.

Mr Simons revealed on NewsFile yesterday that Dr. Serebuor Quaicoe’s insistence on compiling a new voter register for the 2020 General elections even in the midst of a global pandemic amounts to holding the country hostage.
