Investing in the Future: Lawyer KK Serbeh’s Water and Light Projects
Lawyer Kwasi Kwakye-Serbeh has pumped GHC2.85 million into water and light in Ahafo Ano South West Constituency. He believes politics is a calling to serve people and providing critical needs to them. This is what he calls the “adwene foforo politics”

Lawyer Kwasi Kwakye Serbeh is investing in the lives of the people of Ahafo Ano South West Constituency through several projects aimed at improving access to water and light. These projects, known as the “Lawyer KK Serbeh Water and Light Projects,” have brought much-needed amenities to a number of communities in the Ahafo Ano South West Constituency, including Anitimfi, Wioso, Krofrom, Abode3se, Domeabra, Nyamebekyere, Adadekrom, MPASASO 1 and 2, Achiase, MPASASO Dotiem, Ango, Asuokor, Kunsu Camp Agyeibikrom, Kunsu Dotiem, Mankranso Zongo, Hwibaa New site, Bonkwaso, Bonkron, Dopri Nkwanta, Onyinanufu, Barniekrom, and Nyamebekyere.
One aspect of the Lawyer KK Serbeh Water and Light Projects has been the provision of solar lights for communities that are not connected to the national grid. So far, 800 solar street bulbs have been installed at a cost of Ghc1.6 million. These lights have brought increased safety and security to the communities they serve.
In addition to the solar lights, Lawyer KK Serbeh has also provided mechanized boreholes to a number of communities in the Ahafo Ano South West Constituency. These boreholes, which cost around Ghc1.25 million in total, have greatly improved access to clean water for the communities they serve.
Thanks to the efforts of Lawyer KK Serbeh, many people in the Ahafo Ano South West Constituency now have access to essential amenities such as light and water. It is no wonder that he has been nicknamed “The Hope of Ahafo South West Constituency” and “Ahafo Ano South Star Boy” by those he has helped.
