Irene Logan in rebranding process

Songstress Irene Logan says her long absence from the scene is because she working to rebrand herself.

She is also busy working hard in the studio, recording her new album, titled Rebirth of Irene Logan.

She made this known in an interview on Showbiz Today on Hitz FM with Bola Ray.

She said “I have done a lot of rebranding and actually defining the kind of music I want to do now” hence the title of the album.

The album she said, will be out middle of next year, adding a lot of work has gone into it because she has been working with several top notch producers including Kwame Yeboah.

The Kabila hit singer also said she is targeting a more matured audience due to the kind of music she is doing because, “I have matured a lot in person and also the type of music that I am doing, so that’s the rebranding. I’m not changing my name, it’s still going to be Irene Logan.”

Asked who in Tema she will like to do collaboration with, Irene was quick to mention R2Bees because she likes their swag.

“I mean R2Bees, I am loving their swag, I was just listening to [their] song right now, I think they are doing wonders so definitely.”
