It’s not the duty of pastors to buy hand sanitizers for church Members – Pastor Brian Amoateng fumes

The founder and head pastor of Brian Jones Outreach Ministries, Brian Amoateng, has indicated in a viral video circulating on various social media platforms that it is not the duty of pastors or leaders of the church to supply their church members with hand sanitizers and other logistics in the fight against the global COVID-19 pandemic which is claiming the lives of Christians, Muslims, and all manner of persons.

According to him, the church doesn’t need to offer help to its members in a trying time like this even though they pay tithes and offertory.


To his shallow-minded self, the Lord has already blessed those who paid their tithes, collections, dues, harvest, seeds, etc in church and for that, it is not a give and take affair when it comes to the responsibilities of the Church. He reiterated that the tithes and offerings belong to God alone and not church members.
