The hip life industry welcomes another song writer, singer, and performer, Jay Quayson, formerly known as Blaqout, as he debuts his single ‘Game Over,’ which features Guru, known in real life as Mark Kojo Quayson, he has been a very instrumental brain behind lots of successful songs in the industry as a composer, and has featured on many songs.
The singer’s very latest work is the hit song from Tiffany (Last one). He has also written songs for artistes like Diojo, Gifty Osei (gospel musician), and Guru, Enice, just to mention a few.
According to the singer, he took his time to understudy some of the big names in the industry he had served under in order to get it right. ‘That learning experience has prepared me for this solo journey I have chosen,, Jay Quayson noted.
The song ‘Game Over’ talks about the story of how some people lose relationships, just because of cheating.
He said: ‘there are some people who cheat while in a relationship; until they are caught they are never cheaters, but when their partners realise it, then it is game over for them.’
Jay Quayson is under ‘Issywizzy’ Entertainment Record label. The Takoradi boy migrated to Tema because of his love for music, and has been in it for six years.
