Jhene Aiko’s marriage was confirmed several months ago, but now it’s been revealed that the R&B singer has filed for divorce.

It’s been rumored Jhene and Big Sean were having an affair, so the timing of the divorce is pretty interesting.

E! News writes:

E! News has learned that Aiko filed for divorce from the music producer on Tuesday, citing “irreconcilable differences,” and is asking the judge to deny spousal support for Dot.

What is most interesting, though, is that the documents, which were obtained by E! News, state the former couple’s wedding date as July 26, 2014. It goes on to note that the pair separated in June 2015.

Aiko has constantly been rumored to have some sort of romance brewing with rapper Big Sean in recent months, Aside from working together on a joint album Twenty88, the pair have given fans multiple hints that there could be some going on through their lovey-dovey social media posts and constant appearances together.
