John Dumelo captured at the registration center first
Parliamentary candidate for the Opposition National Democratic Congress, John Dumelo has been captured at his registration center.

He appears to be the first person who would be registered at the Ayawaso West Wougon Constituency.
The Electoral Commission is stating their controversial New Voter’s Register after the supreme Court dismissed a case filed by the National Democratic Congress to prevent it from doing its work.
