Ken Vs Kweku Baako: Baako Jnr Is Just Having A Premature Jubilation

I have seen this cartoon and how people think they have gotten Assin Central Member of Parliament, Hon. Kennedy Ohene Agyapong (an NPP founding member back in the USA)…

May be you should have listened to Ken’s lawyer after the judgement. I am not defending Ken but his lawyer has made it clear that they’ll go to the Appeal Court for an appeal from this High Court and proceed to the Supreme Court because they do not accept the verdict.

You and I know that these two proceedings can take up to 8 years because even this high court case took 3 years!

You must also note that the Supreme Court ‘might’ rule in Ken’s favour or neutralize the case because of Ken’s supposed political influence if his party happens to be in power by then.

It is not about the money since Ken can even pay more than that but it is about the fact that Kweku Baako has won and is jubilating whilst Ken is bleeding. And lastly, looking at Ken’s pompous nature, he will never apologise! The worse the court can do is to charge him more or perhaps jail him…
