Kennedy Agyapong swerves court over the contempt charges

The Member of Parliament for Assin Central Constituency, Hon. Kennedy Agyapong refused to appear in court today for his contempt hearing. He said he was not served with the writ of summons and therefore did not also go.

The judge has therefore ordered for substituted service by posting the order with the summons to show cause to be served on him on the Notice Board of the High Court, Accra.

By posting the order on a conspicuous part of the Net2 TV, Oman Fm on the Hollywood Building and it shall remain there for 3 days.

The suit is adjourned to Friday, 18th September 2020 for the hearing of the contempt.
