He completed Pope John Senior High school in Koforidua.
He proceeded to the University of Cape Coast where he received a bachelor’s degree in Commerce.
In 2012, he graduated with an MBA in Marketing from the University of Ghana, Legon.
In 2014, he was awarded a bachelor’s degree in law (LLB) at the GIMPA Faculty of Law.
In 2016, he was called to the Bar as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Ghana.
He started his career as a Treasury Analyst at British American Tobacco in 2006.
After the departure of the late Komla Dumor from Joy Fm, he was engaged as a broadcast journalist hosting the Super Morning Show.
In 2015, he resigned from Joy FM and contested and won the NPP parliamentary primaries for Ofoase-Ayirebi constituency in the Eastern Region.
He contested and won this parliamentary seat and entered parliament in 2017.
Prez Akufo-Addo appointed him as the Deputy Minister for Information with his role as the cabinet spokesperson on the economy.
In 2018, Prez Akufo-Addo appointed him as the minister for the Ministry of Information.
Last month, the World Economic Forum appointed him as a Young Global Leader.
