The Minister for Information, Hon. Kojo Oppong Nkrumah has provided a further explanation with regards to people who are exempted from the president’s restricted movement.
He tweeted a few minutes after the president’s address to the nation.
“For the avoidance of doubt, the media is included in the services exempted from the restrictions,” he said.
