Kwame A-Plus sued for failing to pay for $3,000 fridge

A Tema-based freight forwarder, Richard Nana Amoako has sued loudmouthed musician cum failed politician – Kwame Asare Obeng, known popularly as Kwame A-Plus for failing to pay for a $3,000.00 family hub refrigerator he purchased last year from their outfit.

According to the suit, A-Plus who is the defendant in the case bought a certain refrigerator in July 2019 with a promise of paying back in no time but has failed to keep up his promise.

Richard Nana Amoako added that all attempts to retrieve his money from A-Plus have failed woefully.

To be able to retrieve his money, the Plaintiff thus decided to take the legal action at the Tema District Magistrate Court.

He wants actual payment and interest as well on the cost of the refrigerator, which is same as GHC16,500.00.

Kwame A Plus is yet to respond to this news item making rounds on the internet.
