Laycon Honored With A Chieftaincy Title, “Akeweje Odo Of Ipokia Kingdom”
Big Brother Naija 2020 Lockdown season winner, Agbelese Olamilekan, popularly known as Laycon has been hounoured with the chieftaincy title, Akeweje of Ipokia kingdom in Ogun State.
Laycon bagged the traditional title from the Onipokia of Ipokia, Oba Yisa Adesola Olaniyan, at the 2021 Opo Day celebration which took place at the District High School, Ipokia , on Sunday.
The Onipokia during the ceremony, described Laycon as an indigene of Ipokia and a good ambassador who truly deserves the title of Akeweje.
He stated that the 27-year-old rapper has positively inspired the youth and prayed for God’s blessings on him.
The first class Oba further praised Laycon, praying he continues to rise and shine.
