Leave Divinity Out Of Our ‘Foolishness’.

The viral videos of some guys at the beaches in and around Accra, the disregard for social distancing and matters arising:

In fact, if Coronavirus does not restructure our thinking faculty as Ghanaians then nothing will.

From the look of things, God is even tired of us!

When the military decided to discipline the recalcitrant peeps amongst us, some of us captured the encounters and uploaded them unto social media to ‘blackmail’ them. They are also folding their arms now amid public cries for their intervention(s).

What should God or Allah or Jesus Christ do?

After some people have defied the precautionary directives from the authorities (which in itself means disobedience to God or Allah himself), what do you expect from divinity?

Should God bring us sense also?

What at all is wrong with us as Ghanaians?

Some people are still attending weddings, playing football and chilling at the beaches in these trying times?

Most people have wrongly despised politicians (NPP/NDC/PPP/UFP/GUM/PNC/CPP/etc) all this while whilst the main problem is our very self – the citizenry!

Just can’t find the words to describe what it feels like to be in my shoes at the moment…
