Liverpool find out Premier League title deadline as UEFA reveal further plans

Union of European Football Associations (UEFA) have revealed all domestic leagues have agreed that the competitions must be over by June 30. That means Liverpool face a long wait to find out if they will be crowned Premier League champions or otherwise.

They are a massive 25 points clear at the top of the Premier League table and need just two more wins to secure the Barclays Premier title.
But with the suspension of all football because of the COVID-19 pandemic crisis, the season could be cut short and never completed.

Liverpool boss – Jurgen Klopp has sent a heartfelt and touching message to all who have been impacted by COVID-19.
He told the club’s website:

“I don’t think this is a moment where the thoughts of a football manager should be important, but I understand for our supporters they will want to hear from the team and I will front that”.
