Freelance journalist, senior investigative maestro, and former Multimedia Group employee, Manasseh Azure Awuni, has been trending for a while now. This is so because of his recent exposé about the former PPA boss and how CHRAJ’s head has found the Akufo-Addo appointee who was the CEO of PPA guilty on countless charges. Manasseh Azure Awuni was solely responsible for this Contract4Sale or Donkomi exposé and many renowned persons have eulogized him for this hardworking of his because of Mother Ghana. The likes of NewsFile’s Samson Lardi; IMANI boss, Franklin Cudjoe; Convener for The People’s Project (TPP) & the General Manager of Class Media Group – Mr. Kwame Asare Obeng aka Kwame A-Plus and others have all praised Manasseh for this feat.

The latest to add his voice to the matter is Angel 102.8 FM’s sports host, Saddick Adams.
This is what he had to say;
***A lot of the times, Manasseh Azure Awuni writes some of the things he does here with his eyes full of tears. Not seen a young man so passionate about the forward march of this country. A young man with this country’s interest pinned at the top of his priority list.
So willing to put his life on the line for the betterment of his country.
On a personal score, as I have known him a young man so content with what he has and only interested to receive ONLY what he has worked for.
He is often misunderstood by people like us who do not feel what he feels and people who do not know where he has come from.
Ridiculed and berated for how relentless he is bent on correcting the origin of the tough experiences he and the majority of the country’s young men have had to endure in life.

He is often vilified by the very people whose interests he is obviously fighting for.
He has gone after his own “kinsmen”, industry players, friends and “brothers” etc whose actions he feels will endanger the future of the people and country he so dearly loves.
But do people really believe he is on their side?
Do people not turn to attack him by siding and sympathizing with the oppressor?
Do people not mistaken what he does, and have doubt, about whose actions indeed dangerously deprive millions of what they deserve?
Is it he Manasseh or his victims?
Only posterity and in death, will we actually come to know the truth.
The truth of who was actually for the Nation Ghana.
Manasseh or the people he has gone after?
Time.*
