Michigan Judge Dismisses Trump’s Case Against Absentee Ballots

A Michigan Judge, Cynthia Stephens has dismissed a lawsuit filed by the campaign team of Donald Trump over the handling of the absentee ballots.

She dismissed the case on grounds of procedural and constitutionality. She said the defendant, Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson, was the wrong person to sue because she doesn’t control the logistics of local ballot counting, even if she is the state’s chief election officer.

So far Both Joe Biden and Donald Trump have not met the 270 colleges to be declared as President-elect. This has been one of the most keenly contested elections in the history of the United States of America.
