Have you checked how your data bundles vanish into thin air over a very short period of time?
Many have taken to social media platforms to criticize most telecommunication networks for their costly offers.
MTN is mostly at the receiving end in most reported cases.
A release from their end says they’ve recognised the challenges on some of their channels post implementation of the adjustment of prices and new data bundles (whatever the hell that means is up to them).
They indicated in the release that they were working round the clock to resolve the issues as soon as possible.
