The countless calls on the supposed biggest telecommunication network in Ghana – MTN to reduce their gargantuan charges have yielded an affirmative result.
Social media users had taken the pain of lambasting MTN for their neglected efforts towards the well-being of their numerous customers in Ghana.
Readers could vividly recall that on 1st and 2nd December this year, the MTN service jammed and became a bit worthless since most customers’ purchased airtime or data bundles were undelivered whilst their credits were deducted.
This made a lot of headlines from prominent people such as Kwame A Plus.

In all the foregoing, the body in charge of networks in Ghana – The National Communications Authority (NCA) led by its Director General, Joe Anokye has issued a letter to MTN instructing the giant network provider to furnish their outfit latest by 4-12-19 with all the issues surrounding this whole fracas.
