My Mental Health Was Tested This Year Like No Other – Juliet Ibrahim

Lebanese born, Ghanaian actress and film producer, Juliet Ibrahim, has revealed that 2020 has been a tough year for her mental health. The thespian has revealed that she has gone through a possible psychological difficulty this year as she tells her story in an Instagram post earlier today.

In a post Juliet Ibrahim made on her Instagram handle, the beautiful actress shared a photo of herself with a caption that deduced that 2020 has been the hardest in terms of her mental health.

The actress wrote,

‘My mental health was tested this year like no other.’

Even though Juliet Ibrahim spared her followers the details of what she went through, it is deduced that she went through some challenges which tested her ability to deal with problems that came her way his year.

We can assume it is either a personal issue she had to deal with or her frustration at how bad the year has been in general that prompted the outburst.
