New Education Minister Refuses Ever Making Salary Adjustment Comment



Somewhere last week, news of overall increment in salaries across all centres of the Ghana’s workforce started circulating around. The news was attributed to Hon. Dr. Yaw Osei Adutwum and he has come out to refute ever making such a comment. He revealed this on his official Facebook post.

The Education Minister designated wrote;

My attention has been drawn to news circulating that I have granted an interview stating that the government is increasing workers’ salaries by 12.5%, including that of teachers.


I state categorically that, I have made no such remarks on any platform. The public should therefore disregard this news.
