Christmas spirit: man gives Ksh17,3k to 7 young boys who were fetching firewood to raise money for Christmas

It is the season of Christmas and in the spirit of the festive season, people are beginning to show love to the less privileged.

The video of how a young man gave out cash gifts to seven boys has gone viral on the internet. These boys were reported to be fetching firewood by the roadside to raise money so that they can buy Christmas clothes when luck smiled on them.

As part of celebrating Christmas, the kind traveller was said to have given each of the boys N5.000 (Ksh17,3k) to enjoy the festive season.

Watch the viral video on Facebook, the man got out of his car, asked the children why they were fetching firewood and majority of them said they need the money to buy their Christmas clothes. They said it would cost them N2,500 (Ksh722) .

The traveller brought out a bail of N500 (Ksh144) notes and gave each of the boys Ksh17,3k each.
