NPP Chases MMDCEs Who Supposedly Sabotaged MPs To Lose Their Seats

The intense wind blowing after the Dec 7 election isn’t cooling off anytime soon. The enormous blame games from almost everyone who feels that Mr. A or B was responsible for their loses in the electioneering moment are still ongoing. From the appreciable gains of the opposition NDC in the number of seats won, the NPP is at the regrettable side now as they dish out concerns and blames on each other. Abronye DC for one has become relentless and bitter over what he terms as a “skirt and blouse” voting pattern from the NPP fanatics which may affect the Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo presidency from 2021 to 2024.

Well, the New Patriotic Party (NPP) has set up a committee to probe the loss of parliamentary seats in the December 7, elections.

The Committee, as part of its mandate, is expectedness to evaluate the circumstances that led to the unexpected results, per its estimation in the parliamentary elections.

At least 33 incumbent NPP MPs lost their seats in the just-ended elections with about 21 of them being either ministers of state or deputy ministers.
