NPP Lawyer Maurice Ampaw Heaps Praises On NDC’s John Dramani Mahama

The best friend of Ashanti Regional Chairman for the ruling New Patriotic Party, Mr. Bernard Antwi Bosiako aka Chairman Wontumi who is in the person of lawyer Maurice Ampaw has become one of the most recognized Ghanaian legal practitioners whose political leaning is an open secret to all and sundry.

For a fact that he is known to have a soft spot for the ruling NPP, people from the other side of the political divide (NDC) pounce on him anytime he airs his views on Wontumi TV and becomes overly biased towards the NPP.

The known NPP lawyer who has shown his love for the current president, His Excellency Nana Addo Dankwah Akufo-Addo, has for the very first time praised the former president, His Excellency John Dramani Mahama.

In his recent interview, he opined;

I’m proud of Mahama’s decision to go to court in order to petition the court on the election which he claims it was rigged because this has allowed the law to work instead of any other means which could probably endanger our peace, however, I do not agree with him and the NDC on trying to Subpoena the electoral commission boss, Jean Mensah.
