Obaapa Christy gives to Orphanage

Gospel songstress, Obaapa Christy has donated various items to inmates of the Royal Seed Orphanage in Bawjiase in the Central Region.

The donation, she said was part of fulfilling her mission of helping give hope to the hopeless in society.

Detergents and food items amounting to five thousand Ghana cedis (GHC5000) and a cash of thousand five hundred Ghana cedis (GHC1500) were presented to the orphanage.

The donation was from gate proceeds of the launch of her new album, Hyebre Sesa fo.

The album has since been doing well on music charts in the country.

The head of the orphanage, Madam Naomi Esi Amoah was full of praise for the Gospel Musician for the gesture.

She further entreated members of the public to consider the poor and respond to their needs.
