Okyeame Kwame to release video of ‘TRY ANOTHER TIME’

The much anticipated video of ace rapper and versatile artiste, Okyeame Kwame is to be premiered on Thursday, 3nd April, 2014 on Amanda Jisseh’s E-Talk program on GH One at 9pm.

This is a video of his finest song with one of Nigeria’s best artistes, J Martins, titled “Try another Time”.

Okyeame Kwame explains the video as one intended “to remind all Ghanaians not to give up in all activities of endeavours but, with preparation, strive to achieve their respective goals.”

He expressed optimism in an interview with this reporter that the video will motivate and inspire viewers.

He however revealed that the delay in releasing the video was due to his decision to link it to the 2014 World Cup in Brazil.

According to Okyeame Kwame, who is the newly appointed ambassador of Guaranteed Trust Bank, this is to “instill courage and also motivate the Black Stars as they compete in the acclaimed ‘group of death’ matches”.

Try another Time is a single off Okyeame Kwame’s forthcoming album, “The African Connection”. On this album, Okyeame features different artistes from different African countries. J Martins of Nigeria being first, the Rap Doctor – Okyeame Kwame has also recorded a couple of songs with Senegalese most prominent artiste, Didier Awadi, Jazz sensation, Dudu Manhenga from Zimbabwe, Leilo from Congo, and Michael Ross from Uganda.
