“One day, one day, the people will get angry” – Kwame A Plus sends strong warning Politicians

It is an open secret that some Ghanaians are yearning for either a strong force (political party like PPP or CPP) or an independent candidate to wrestle power from both the New Patriotic Party (NPP) and the National Democratic Congress (NDC). According to these Ghanaians, the NPP and NDC have taken turns to rule the country for 28 years since the inception of the Fourth Republican state without any ‘national developmental programme’ and massive infrastructure like roads across all the 16 regions in Ghana and so forth.

In totality, the ruling NPP has ruled for twelve [12] years (2000 – 2008 & 2016 – 2020) whilst the opposition NDC has ruled for sixteen [16] years (1992 – 2000 & 2008 – 2016). Many have argued that these two political parties have just engaged in ‘politics of equalization’ and only thought of their respective parties’ prospects more than GHANA as a country.

Flowing from the above, musician, politician and convener for The People’s Project (TPP), Mr. Kwame Asare Obeng aka Kwame A-Plus has hit back real hard at politicians for their total negligence of some deprived Basic Schools in the country. As a fierce critic of both NPP and NDC, A-Plus has narrated how the price of one “V8” of Members of Parliament and other political office holders can build fully furnished six unit classroom block for about four different communities whilst some schools lack what he calls ‘common desks’. A Plus made this known in one of his usual posts on Facebook.

Kwame A-Plus posted;

The beautiful furniture in the shop on 5th Avenue New York was made with timber from Ghana, yet some Ghanaian kids sit on the bare floor or lie prostrate to study – and these are even the privileged ones. The less privileged, school under trees 🌳

The price of one “V8” can build fully furnished six unit classroom block for about four different communities with change.

One day, one day, the people will get angry!!!
