Images of Kwadwo Asamoah’s wife, Abena, has popped up for the first time. The university graduate has kept a low profile unlike the wives of other footballers who have taken to the public.

Abena was seen having dinner with her 24-year-old Juventus midfielder husband alongside Richmond Boakye-Yiadom. The dinner, Ghanasoccernet.com understands, was to bid Yiadom a befitting farewell as he proceeds on his loan spell with Serie-B side Sassuolo.

The young striker has developed a very good relationship with the Asamoah’s since joining the Italian champions this summer. He is however being made to go on loan to ensure he sees regular first team action as part of his development into a full blown striker.

It was thus only proper for the Asamoah’s with whom the 20-year-old has struck a remarkable partnership with the couple in Italy to send off their friend in a befitting way, hence the dinner. Abena is spotted wearing a casual white singlet-like top posing with his husband and Boakye-Yiadom after their meal at a classy restaurant.

The couple are blessed with an adorable son.
