PHOTOS: KOD’s family calls on Nana Akufo-Addo

Following the passing of Mr James Ernest Aidoo, retired Deputy Director of Prisons and father of EIB’s Kofi Okyere Darko (KOD), the family paid a courtesy call on the flagbearer of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Nana Akufo-Addo to formally inform him of his death.

Nana Akufo-Addo expressed his condolence to the bereaved family over the loss of the former Deputy Director of Prisons who he described as a man who sacrificed so much; working with integrity and service to the Ghana Prisons Service and the Nation.

He further praised him for contributing in the area of education after retirement by establishing Garden of Eden School in Dome, which has educated thousands of children since its establishment.

The late James Ernest Aidoo, a former Deputy Director of Prisons died at a ripe age of 85 years after battling with ill-health for sometime.
