Poverty Being Wicked Is Even An Understatement
I was going through Facebook like a jobless person after worthless pursuits when I chanced upon one of Nigerian's fiercest and fitness' feminist's comment on poverty.
Nkechi Bianze, who has been in the system for so long shared and experienced a post about how unfriendly poverty is to the financially challenged personalities. Going through his post, one dominant point that kept repeating itself was the fact that money is hard to come by and very easy to let go.
With the foregoing, money is now being worshipped like the antidote to immortality and it is not surprising because the Holy Book even tips it as one commodity which answereth everything (Eccl. 10:19). Well, if the bible has even said so, then who are we to think otherwise than to give money its appropriate title and recognition in this universe.
Critical analytical review of how the financially unstable have managed to become irrelevant in the society, one can just hope and pray that, at the right time, the correct amount of money one needs to become whole may be attained.
But, it is for a fact that acquiring money is the most tedious task on earth whilst losing it is the most difficult of all. After all, how many days or hours would it take for you to squander your hard earned money via bets, lottos and so on?
By the way, how to keep the money is also another headache altogether. Ideally, it is just better to be useful or otherwise when the reasons for which the monies were gathered are made known.
What do you make of this?
