Prez. Nana Addo reveals when the 88 new district hospitals’ project will start
The President of the Republic of Ghana, His Excellency Nana Addo Dankwah Akufo-Addo in one of his COVID-19 National Address promised to construct 88 new district hospitals across the country and it turned into a whole lot of issues. Many questioned why uncompleted hospitals cannot be completed instead of building a new one.
During a meeting with chiefs and elders from the Bolgatanga, Bongo, and Talensi-Nabdam areas of the Upper East Region, the President revealed that the new project will commence in July.
“We intend on Agenda 88; God willing everything will be okay for us to start in July. We are hoping that by the end of June, all the arrangements that need to be done might have been completed so that by the end of July, we begin it. I want to make sure that within a year, all of those projects will be complete,” the President unveiled.
