R2Bees Loses Out On MTV Iggy’s Artist

Although Ghanaians round the world were urged to vote for R2Bees who have continuously churned hit songs such as ‘I Dey Mad’, ‘Yawa Girl’, ‘Kiss Your Hands’, ‘Ajeei’, ‘Dance’ and more, the concluding votes turned to a not.

LCMDF (Le Corps Mince de Francoise) swept MTV Iggy’s Artist of the Week. The Helsinki sisters, who signed to Sony Finland and Heavenly Recordings for their debut album Love and Nature, are a poppy, high-energy duo filled with abrasive keys, dissonant harmonies, and lyrics with Beck-sharp cleverness.
