“Rawlings Is The Coolest President Ever” – Yvonne Nelson

Actress, Yvonne Nelson, has disclosed that former President Jerry John Rawlings is her favorite Ghanaian leader so far.

Speaking with Joy FM’s Lexis Bill, Yvonne said her favorite politician is former President Jerry John Rawlings.

“Rawlings is the coolest President ever,” she said, adding: “I like him as a leader”.

Yvonne’s comment did not come as a surprise because papa J came to her defends when certain irresponsible politicians decided to insult her during her #DumsorMustStop campaign.

“That lady, Yvonne; Yvonne Nelson…the insults and attacks on her are unfair. She spoke her mind on what is currently happening in the country and she gets insulted for that. This is not how to do politics, this is not nice”, Rawlings stated.

Quizzed about what she thinks about President John Mahama’s administration and his style of governance, Yvonne who was a bit skeptical in her response perhaps for fear unnecessary politicization, said “I have nothing to say about that. I believe he is an amazing President….he’s doing a great job. That’s all I can say.”
