Registering Minors To Vote: NPP & NDC Fight Over Which Party Is Guilty

, there are various known propaganda mechanisms (or tools), campaigning gimmicks other conjured schemes aimed at belittling opponent and elevating one party's chances of winning.

Loads of propagandists flood the mainstream landscape during electioneering years with little or no evidence. The norm for both the (NPP) and National Democratic Congress (NDC) accusations and counter accusations until the voter is even confused.

A photo of a minor (below voting age of 18 years) who was able to register in last year's limited registration exercise has surfaced online and neither the NPP nor NDC sympathizers are ready to accept as both become accusatory in response.

Check the screenshot of a 15-year-old's limited registration form on 28th June, 2019;

Per the records available, the said boy's year of birth is 2005 which makes him 15 years this year but he managed to register during a limited registration exercise last year when he was just 14 years.
