Reno Omokiri Reveals What Employers Needs In Job Seekers
Former Presidential aide and author, Reno Omokri, has spoken on a possibility for job seekers getting hired in this new year,2021.
He made this known in a recent post on social media, as he advised young people on what to do in order to get a job.
According to him, employers don’t care if an individual is broke adding that what they care is that you are skilled.
His post reads;
“In 2021, don’t just look for a job. Look for a skill. Jobs find those who find skills. Employers don’t care if you are broke. They care that you are skilled. Even if you don’t get a job, at least learn to sell. If you can sell, you will smell money! Have faith in your skill, not your degree. Your degree is a piece of paper. Your skill is the substance you have to offer. It is not only those without clothes who are naked. People without skills are also naked and poverty may beat their nakedness. “A man’s gift makes room for him, And brings him before great men”-Proverbs 18:16.”
