Revealed: Y FM presenter uploaded nude photos to facebook herself

imagesA cafe manager at Abossey Okai in Accra has claimed that the ‘kidnapped and raped’ Y FM presenter uploaded her nude pictures unto facebook herself.

According to the cafe manager, she did so at his cafe in Abossey Okai where she came to hire a hotel for that purpose.

News emerged this week that Ms. Ada, a presenter of Takoradi-based YFM, was abducted last week and sexually assaulted by unknown individuals.

She was found Tuesday morning and was receiving treatment at the GHAPOHA Hospital in Takoradi.

She had been missing for about five days and her employers – Global Media Alliance – owners of YFM put out her name and asked the public to help find her.

Her abductors reportedly took pictures of the sexual assault, which they posted on Facebook. Some of the pictures have also been circulating on Whatsapp.

But the latest twist indicated that she posted the nude pictures unto facebook herself at the said cafe closer to the hotel.

The police as part of enhancing their investigations have invited the cafe attendant for questioning.

Meanwhile, the Police will this morning address a news conference to detail the outcome of days of investigations into the case of the Y FM presenter who was allegedly kidnapped and sexually assaulted.

The Inspector General of Police yesterday directed the immediate transfer of the presenter to Accra following fresh revelations that the whole episode may have been staged.

Yesterday, a team of doctors and nurses, a clinical psychologist and police interviewed the lady.

Medical Superintendent at the GHAPOHA Hospital, Dr. Boateng Duah who led the interview said their preliminary examination to determine if the presenter was raped was inconclusive.
