(Sad Video): Man Severely Beaten With Blood All Over By Lockdown Military Men

For now, most people have decided to conclude that the President’s directive on the supposed partial Lockdown or so is a bit ambiguous. Even with several explanations from the Ministry in charge of Information, people are still confused as to what exactly constitutes “essential services” in the country that the Prez exempted.

The security task force designated to look after the Lockdown operations have reportedly started brutalizing the citizenry who are allegedly flouting the Executive Order.

Social media has been flooded with videos of people being whipped, punished like students and receiving heavy beatings and so forth.

The recent one that has just been sighted by Ghanashowbiz.Com has to do with a man who has been beaten with blood oozing out of his nostrils and with a swollen face as well.
