Sale of condoms boom during Christmas

Toys aren’t the only things that enjoy a boost in sales during Christmas.It turns out that at Christmas, sales of condoms also hit a yearly high.

Owners of pharmacy shops in the country say this Christmas Eve has seen the biggest sales for condoms.

According to them, most of the customers were men but the number of teenagers and women who bought condoms also went up drastically this year.

They believe the high condom sales are because people are becoming aware of the need  to prevent unwanted pregnancies and sexually transmitted diseases.
