Samini Hilariously Confers The Title ‘1King’ On Himself

Music in Ghana has taken a pause all of a sudden and it’s surprising! The only reason which might fit into the scenario now is the Novel Coronavirus pandemic we’re all faced with.

From the look of things, Ghanaian musicians have decided to grab titles for themselves as a way of making their brand more solid. Whilst Charles Nii Armah Mensah Jr aka Shatta Wale subscribed to the title “1Don”, his arch-rival Stonebwoy went in for “1Gad”. It was with enthusiasm that he (Stonebwoy) just released a song dubbed “1Gad”. With various reactions from both the fan bases of By His Imperial Majesty (BHIM) fans, the SM4Lyf, and other netizens, everything points to the fact that there is a comparison between Shatta and Stone now.

This comparison is just a follow-up to what really transpired between Shatta Wale and Ayisha Mordi whereby the latter released verbal arsenals on the former. Since the latter is at the camp of Stonebwoy, the long-standing feud seems to reignite now.

Well, Samini Dagaati has also waded into the current issue and he has also chosen a title for himself. This comes after he used the term “1King” in his latest tweet. Fans have been reacting to this and whilst some see and appreciate the sarcasm in the post, others have descended on him for flowing with the tide whereas he could’ve invented his own trend or something else.
