Samini Offers To Battle Shatta Wale & Stonebwoy Over Dancehall Reigns In Ghana

Dancehall in Ghana as a genre is gradually gaining solid roots and dominance than the indigenous musical genre the likes of Abrantie Amakye Dede, Dr. Paa Bobo, Obouba J. A. Adofo, Oheneba Kissi, and others cherished.

At the moment, Dancehall looks way ahead because of the influence of the 3 Ss (Samini, Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy).

The Batman turned Samini made so many strides before the Bandana turned Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy joined. For a while now, Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy have cemented themselves as the favourite Dancehall acts in Ghana (arguably so). The Shatta Movement (SM) and By His Imperial Majesty (BHIM) fans have always clashed over who they think reigns supreme in the Dancehall genre in GH.

According to Samini, the recent clash of Stonebwoy and Shatta Wale shouldn’t have been so because he needed to be there.

“Shatta Wale clashing with Stonebowy on Asaase Radio is mismatch, he shouldn’t come down to Stonebowy’s level, the clash should be between myself and him”, Samini said in a viral video.

From all indications, Samini seems furious over pending Dancehall clash between Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy because he feels neglected in the Dancehall genre discussion.
