Samini Stole Stonebwoy From Me – Quick Action

One of Ghana’s finest music producers, Quick Action, has revealed to Flex newspaper that Samini came for Ghana Music Awards’ Artiste of the Year Stonebwoy from his camp when the young artiste was starting his music career.

“Yea, he stole him from my studio because after he had gone to Kasahare Level on Adom FM, it was my studio he got his first professional studio recording experience,” he disclosed.

The CEO of Quick Action Productions said he also gave Stonebwoy the opportunity to make his first appearance on his first compilation which comprised artistes like Kwaw Kesse, Mugees, Trigger Barima, Bright of Buk Bak fame and many more.

He said the compilation gave Stonebwoy much exposure to mingle with all those stars and had the opportunity to work with artistes like Kwaw Kesse on his single Give Thanks And Praise and others with musicians like Adolf Tagoe and Afro Moses.

“So when Samini met Stonebwoy in my studio for the first time he saw the great talent in Stonebwoy and took him away without my notice. Well, I didn’t talk about it because I thought what mattered most was the fact that someone was going to help that awesome talent blossom,” he added.

Even though he claims he has no beef with Samini, he noted that there is no beautiful house without a foundation so people have to go back and check the records so they stop claiming ownership of what they didn’t start.
