The talented Dancehall god has cemented his dominance today as Ghana marked her 63rd Independence Day in Kumasi, the Ashanti Regional capital. Charles Nii Armah Mensah Jnr who was formerly known as Bandana but now goes by Shatta Wale has always elevated himself as the biggest artiste and celebrity in Ghana. Even though most people have doubted this claim of his, Shatta could indeed have a point!

Almost 80% of school children marketed themselves in the Independence parade by putting on the “Reign” symbolized socks from Shatta Wale’s pool of albums. Shatta Wale has had his name and brand on the lips of all social media users because of this single acts.
