Sene West: High Court Throws Out NPP’s Case Against EC And NDC And Fines Them GHC14,000

A high court in Wenchi has just threw out the case brought against EC and the NDC on the Sene West Parliamentary Elections by the NPP for lack of merit and fined GHS14,000 for wasting the time of the court.

By this the EC can now go ahead to either count the snatched ballot box or conduct a fresh Election in that polling station only.

Lawyer Elizabeth Ofosu Adjare , MP Elect for Techiman North, and Lawyer Kodjoga Adawudu stood in for the NDC in the Sene West.

Prior to the ruling, NPP Big Wigs like Dan Botwe, Bryan Acheampong, and the National Youth Organizer, Henry Nana Boakye stormed the court premises.
