Serwaa Amihere roots for Dr. Bawumia’s presidency

News anchor and television show host of a leading media network in Ghana, GHOne TV, Serwaa Amihere has joined the bandwagon on who succeeds President Nana Addo Danquah Akufo Addo both at the party level as Flagbearer and National level as the president of the Republic of Ghana.

Immediately after the 2020 general election, scores in the ruling NewPatriotic Party (NPP), started taking sides on who they think can best fit the current president after he is done with his tenure in office. Some of them believe it should be no other person than the former minister of Trade and Industry, Alan Kyeremateng while others too are of the firm belief that the current vice president, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia would be a perfect replacement.

But the anchor in her Twitter post said Dr. Bwumia would make a fine president. She didn’t give any reasons for her opinion which she is entitled to anyway.
