Set The Pitch Invader Free – Dan Kwaku Yeboah.

Awal Suleman London, as his Facebook identity goes, is the most popular man on the Ghanaian social media after he invaded the pitch during an AFCON qualification match between Ghana and South Africa at the Cape Coast Sports Stadium.

During Dan Kwaku Yeboah’s Peace Fm Sports Show this afternoon, it was revealed that the pitch invader is a trained nurse and a regional athletic champion of 400m and 800m in Central Region.

Dan Kwaku Yeboah, through his Sports Show, has told the police to set the pitch invader free from police custody after he was charged with unlawful entry and offensive character on the football pitch.

He questioned why a football lover whose only aim was to run unto a pitch to have a picture with his favourite Black Stars player should be remanded.

He directed the police service to channel their energy to other more pressing issues than this.
