Singles’ Mingle’ fever grips Accra

With less than a week to go for Ghana’s biggest congregation of unmarried people to take place, there is a surging wave of expectation and excitement among young, single people throughout the country.

The event (the very first of its kind) christened ‘Singles’ Mingle’ is another timely innovation by Adabraka-based Citi FM and is tailored for “single” people (i. e. people who are not in a romantic relationship as well as those who are, but are not yet married).

Singles’ Mingle will serve as a platform for a line-up of experts in ‘matters of the heart’ to address a variety of issues faced by single people in their relationships and ultimately in their quest to find ‘Mr. or Miss Right’ (i. e. the ideal partner for marriage).

The event will come off on Saturday, February 25 at the auditorium of ‘The College of Surgeons and Physicians’ in Accra.

It is slated to commence at 4pm and will be hosted by Pastor Stephen Wengham; Head-pastor of the Cedar Mountain Chapel who will also be giving a talk on the topic: Preparing for Marriage.

Michelle Mckinney Hammond, a world-renowned relationship counselor and bestselling author with over 30 books on various facets of romantic relationships to her credit, will also grace the stage of the maiden edition of Singles’ Mingle. She will be speaking on the topic: What to do until love finds you.

Also speaking on the theme for the event: Single and sound will be Amos Kevin Annan, a widely respected youth counselor and an elder of the Church of Pentecost.

Dzigbordi Dosoo, CEO of Allure Africa and internationally acclaimed image consultant, rounds off the impressive parade of speakers; she’ll deliver a talk on the topic: Look Good, Feel Right: Stepping Out in Confidence.

Budding star songstress, Adez and gifted crooner Fritz of Voice Factory fame will add a spot of ‘romantic entertainment’ to the evening’s activities.

Registration for the event costs only GhC15 and according to organizers of the event, Citi 97. 3 FM, there are very limited seats available as registration requests have been pouring in thick and fast.

Interested participants can call Citi FM on 0302-22-49-59 or e-mail their name and contact details to promo@citifmonline. com.
